Project Summer - Vynova Chemical Manufacturing Plant
PrimaVision Consulting are privileged to be supporting Vynova, at their Chemical Manufacturing Plant based in Runcorn, Cheshire.
The aim of this project, known as Project Summer, is to implement significant upgrades to the existing site, developing a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant for Ethylene Dichloride, an essential intermediate for the production of Polyvinyl Chloride – a versatile, durable, affordable and recyclable plastic material used for a wide range of applications.
Our Team at PrimaVision have become a fundamental presence on the project, with a focus on schedule management, Project Controls outputs tailored to our client’s needs, and presence alongside the leadership team to support in the efficient delivery of the project.
Our scope of work was to deliver on various schedule and project controls outputs to facilitate the delivery of the remaining works; to enable this, our team used a combined 35 years of experience to deliver on the following:
- Fundamental improvements to the Primavera Database, to facilitate efficient management of various schedule outputs and audit trails.
- Coordination with leadership teams both with our client, as well as contractors on site, to drive forward, and implement control measures to the completion of the construction phase.
- Providing commercial expertise where required to support in contractual initiation with site contractors.
- Production of tailored schedule development, alongside various outputs for current and future phases of work. This facilitated a wider project view for our client, to enable necessary decisions to be made to support the project’s delivery.
Our team has established a successful relationship with our client, delivering on our promises and providing a real impact on the project.
Manchester Airport - Terminal 2 Redevelopment
Manchester Airports T2 redevelopment project has been a significant achievement for PrimaVision; utilising Forensic Planning experience, Primavision were able to undertake analysis of the schedule in order to support a large scale Extension of Time Claim. This project saw PrimaVision successfully develop the Claim, and take it through to Client negotiations.
London Bridge Station Expansion and Redevelopment
With the opening of the Main Concourse due September 2017, PrimaVision successfully integrated the MEP installation schedule into the overall Client Programme to manage its implementation through to the Site's grand opening, completing on time.
Paddington Station Expansion and Redevelopment
700% Design Change. An active Construction Site. Over 1200 Compensation events, and no change implementation in the schedule. PrimaVision were at the forefront of implementation of a large scale Baseline update, working alongside the client and dedicated Team to deliver a programme that successfully represented the current delivery strategy for the works.
Sellafield Projects
PrImaVision have had the fortune of delivering on schedule development into the Civil, Structural and Architectural Design for several complex facilities on Sellafield Site, delivering improvements on schedule performance, Earned Value and Change implementation Processes.
Sellafield - Asset Care and EDNUP
Delivering on Sellafield Sites infrastructure development, PrimaVision has provided integral support to the programme of works for Sellafields electrical infastructure, as well as the Asset Care Programme, delivering programmes on Bridge Replacements, Scours repairs, Highways upgrades and much more.

Our service provision is by no means limited to large scale EPC projects - our expertise is facilitating the expansion in to providing tailored Project Planning and Controls support to Tier 2 and 3 Subcontractors, improving cashflow forecasts, portfolio management, resource management, programme delivery and commercial compliance.
